Registered Manager
Salary: £43,600 - £50,600 (depending on experience)
Bonus: £3,500 per annum
Welcome Bonus: £5,000*
Hours: 37/week, Monday to Friday
Hexagon Care Services, a leading provider of therapeutic residential childcare with 60 homes and 14 schools across England, is looking for a Registered Manager at Lake View, York. The home supports up to 3 young people with SEMH and is rated Good by Ofsted.

Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in residential childcare (leader/deputy/registered manager).
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff to ensure high-quality care.
