We work with the most vulnerable young people to address emerging needs, improve life chances and reduce escalation to more expensive and intensive services.  This includes supporting those challenged in education, their community or home life, to ensure a successful transition to adulthood.  The young people are typically 11-17 (up to 25 for Care Leavers and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
