Job Details

We are in search of an energetic and committed Youth Work Co-ordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of youth engagement at the Bronte Youth and Community Centre in Liverpool. 

We are seeking an experienced Level 6 JNC qualified youth work co-ordinator to manage and lead a small team of youth workers and volunteers, overseeing the design and delivery of impactful, accessible and diverse programmes and services for young people. You will build partnerships with local community organisations,  develop strategies to engage and support young people, and evaluate programme outcomes.

Trial session: week beginning 23rd  Sep

When The Bronte Youth and Community Centre in Liverpool was established 50 years ago our mission was to create a centre in the heart of Liverpool L3 5ND were people can learn and develop new skills, meet new friends and be part of a community.

We currently offer youth club from age 5 up to 18 years (and up to 25 years for SEND) 

We are at an exciting time with a redevelopment of our building about to start in 2024, and this means that we are also recruiting to grow our youth worker team.
