They are seeking a self-motivated, confident HR Administrator with excellent organisation skills to be the first point of contact for general HR queries, supporting a busy team, as well as supporting the end to end process for recruitment and onboarding.

Reference: 2397
Location: Mentmore Terrace, London Fields. They promote a hybrid, flexible way of working, staff can work remotely for part of the week if they wish and, in the office, or face to face for at least 2 days per week.
Status: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Salary: £24,721 (Band 2) with generous benefits package including 30 days annual leave plus Bank holidays and 3 days of Christmas closure

They need a solution focused person with strong numeracy and IT skills, experience of using HRIS (HR information systems/databases) would be desirable.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator looking to develop a career in HR.  If you are looking to be involved in wider aspects of this work, there will be opportunities to support the teams and be involved in larger projects.
