Therapeutic Services Clinical Coordinator
Hours: 30 to 37 hours per week*
*Flexible Working: Options available, part time applications will be considered on a job-share basis or stand alone with sufficient hours for the role to be covered. If applying on a part-time or job-share basis please state the hours you require to work.
Location: Norwich with some travel to our other offices and working from home
Salary: Starting salary £33,222 per annum with incremental progression based on performance to £35,703 per annum

MAP’s Therapeutic Services Team (TST) delivers counselling and youth mental health work across Norfolk and Waveney, much of which is NHS funded. We are committed to continuous development and improvement to ensure that we can deliver the best possible service to young people. The Clinical Co-ordinator’s role plays a key part in this through its focus on training, guidance and support to practitioners.
We are looking for an experienced youth counsellor/therapist with team management/supervision experience, who is confident and comfortable working within a flexible, young person centred environment and keen to use their skill to take forward individual and team development. A knowledge and understanding of and commitment to the use of clinical measures in therapeutic interventions is key as is the ability to take a strategic overview and initiative as part of the TST Leadership Team.
