Working Hours: 37hours

Location: Children’s Centres/ Family Hubs

DBS requirement: Enhanced

What you’ll be doing:

You as part of a children’s centres/family hub team,  you will work with partners in the facilitation and delivery of support groups and other activities for families, in accordance with recognised early intervention and prevention strategies. In partnership with service providers, develop and implement specific outreach programmes to ensure the most disadvantaged and excluded families are encouraged to make and maintain contact with the children’s centre/hub and take advantage of the services available to them, this can include one to one work in family homes, schools, early years settings and within the centre/Hub.
