What you’ll be doing:
You will work as part of a multi agency team, as an early years practitioner you will deliver high quality early years provision that promotes and supports the needs of all children through effective holistic care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).You will develop professional relationships, with multi-agency services and parents / carers to ensure continuity of care for children.
