Salary: £43,505 to £48,575 (inclusive of LW)

Pay Level: Level 8, SCP 36 to 41

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Family Hubs

DBS requirement: Enhanced

What you’ll be doing:

You will be responsible for supporting the development of the new Family Hub model, you will work within a multi professional team in a locality hub in Slough, you will be responsible for the development, co-ordination and promotion of the Children’s Centre/Family Hub offer, both universal and targeted, including the delivery and evaluation of one to ones, group work programmes, quality assurance and reporting on and driving impact for children, young people and their families.
