Salary:  £25,950 to £31,153 (inclusive of LW and pro rata for Term time staff)

Pay Level: SCP 13 to 23 Level 5

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 37hours (2 posts – one Term time one all year round)

Location: Children’s Centres/ Family Hubs

DBS requirement: Enhanced

What you’ll be doing:

To lead a team of early years practitioners based in an early years setting in a Children’s Centre, ensuring delivery of high quality teaching and learning. You will oversee staff in the successful implementation of the daily operations of a room for children aged between 3months to 8years, providing full care and education. You will be responsible for supervision and mentoring for early years qualified and unqualifed staff and you will be working as part of a multi agency team.
