Status: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £22,758 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Participation Team supporting the charity's work on children and young people’s engagement and participation. The post holder will be the first point of contact for a busy team, supporting effective delivery of key participation projects that put children and young people’s voices at the heart of government. This is a varied role that requires attention to detail, the ability to move between tasks at a rapid pace, and skill to make complex information accessible for a range of stakeholders. The majority of the post holder’s duties will support the Making Participation Work programme, experience of working with disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs would be an advantage.

This role provides the opportunity to work closely with children and young people, colleagues and external partners. You will also be responsible for managing CYP data and information, creating newsletters and social media content. You will need to be efficient and organised, able to co-ordinate logistics and analyse large amounts of data. You will be an integral part of a fast-paced team with a strong national profile and reputation for expertise and excellence in delivery.

This role includes out of hours working, agreed in advance.
