Rebuilding Bridges Deputy Coordinator
Contract duration: 1 year fixed-term contract (until 30th June 2023)
Salary: £13,056 per annum (£35,359 p/a pro-rata)
Reporting To: Specialist Services Senior Manager
Location: Fairfield Playcentre, Camden Town, NW1
Hours: 14 hours per week, 48 weeks per annum (39 weeks term-time + 9 weeks during school holidays)
Job purpose and Context
Your primary responsibilities will be to lead a small team of specialist play and youth workers to provide high quality positive activities, promoting and supporting the wellbeing and educational opportunities of children and young people with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Additionally, to deputise in the absence of the Specialist Services Senior Manager to coordinate a team of keyworkers and support workers to provide high quality services to children and young people at risk of exclusion and those with disabilities.
