It supports young people who are challenged in education, their communities or home life to ensure a successful transition to adulthood.

HCC SfYP is the primary provider of youth work; information, advice and careers guidance, work related learning and work experience to young people across Hertfordshire. The Service provides a wide range of careers and work related support, predominantly for young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 if they have learning difficulties or disabilities) to make sure that the needs of young people are met so that they are able and motivated to remain in or return to education, training or work and achieve their full potential.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team to deliver information, advice and guidance to young people/adults. You will ensure the needs of clients are met so that they are confident in accessing education, training or work.
