Who we are
PRISM is a unique charity based Independent School near the centre of Bradford, working with some of the hardest to reach young people from across the district, across two sites including an inner city farm.
What we need
Following a restructure, we are seeking to grow and offer new and updated services to all our young people. PRISM independent school are looking to recruit diverse and dynamic individuals to join our current staff team.
The right candidate will have experience in supporting pupils with SEND and behavioural difficulties.
We are enthusiastic and ambitious to grow and improve to support young people from across the district.

Prime Objectives of the Post
- To ensure that school policies and procedures are aligned with the latest government SEN policies and regulations
- To manage functional skills across the school
- To manage admissions process and ensure Prism is able to meet pupils needs
- To inform whole school planning and ensure it supports the school values and aims and meets the needs of all SEND pupils.
- To develop, monitor and assess policy, curriculum planning, assessment and teaching strategies in step with the needs of SEND pupils across the school.
- To manage pupils’ behaviour in line with school policy
- To ensure that all pupils receive high quality differentiated education in line with Education Health Care Plans.
- To evaluate and review pupils send requirements in line with Local Authority requirements
