Early Years Deputy Manager

Location: Walthamstow

Hours: Full time, 36 hours or 40 hours available

Contract: Permanent  

Salary:  36 hours - £28,922, 40 hours - £32,136 (1 permanent position and 1 fixed term maternity cover position available).

We are looking for two experienced early years leaders to join our settings in Walthamstow.

You will work with the Centre Manager and Senior Practitioners to lead high quality early years education and care. Your role will include:

  • Supervising and nurturing a team of early years practitioners
  • Overseeing the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Building relationships with children, families, team members and partners
  • Implementing our values, priorities and charity mission

Your role will involve working with our community to develop and implement programmes and activities aimed at ensuring every child can reach their potential.
