Status: Full-Time, fixed term – 12 months
Salary: £39,554 per annum

The role of Senior Researcher involves making a major contribution to the LEAP Programme, and specifically LEAP’s Evaluation and Research (E&R) Team. You will support and contribute to the design and delivery of LEAP’s local evaluation. You will also support the development, publication, and interpretation of LEAP’s reporting mechanisms: Quarterly Service Reports and Annual Learning Report. You will be required to lead LEAP’s in-house qualitative research.

As a Senior Researcher, you have a valuable role in contributing to the strategic planning of the E&R team’s work including the planning and prioritisation of in-house E&R projects. You will be supporting the implementation of LEAP’s shared measurement system (SMS) and will pro-actively offer evaluation and research support to strand and service leads as needed.
