An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent role that will provide crucial support the Mayor’s work to improve outcomes and reduce inequalities for children, young Londoners and families in the capital. As part of the Children and Young Londoners Team you will support the management and delivery of a range of children and young Londoners projects, including the Young Londodners Fund. 

We’re looking for someone with good project management skills and a passion for working with a wide range of colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of children and young Londoners projects. You will have experience of managing projects, good knowledge of the issues impacting on children and young Londonders and a strong track record of delivering results on target and within budget.

We are a friendly, welcoming team and this is an exciting time to join us. 

This role will be based at London Fire Brigade’s Head Office (Union Street SE1 0LL).

At present GLA staff are working largely from home, with office space available.  Over the coming weeks and months, we will moving to hybrid working, linked to our relocation programme. As part of this, you will need to split your time between home working and coming into the office
