Team Leader/Lead Detached Worker
Full-time (35 hours per week). Applications for part time/job share welcome.
Salary JNC 14 – 17 (equivalent) – up to £28,787 (pro-rata for a part time post)
Crystal Palace Community Trust is at an exciting stage in the development of its youth work.
We now need an experienced, skilled and enthusiastic Lead Detached Worker(s) to lead and manage detached youth work in Anerley, Penge, and Kingswood Estate.
The post requires a youth work professional with energy and strong youth engagement skills able to develop work with hard to reach young people. Experience of street based work is essential.
This role provides scope to develop creative, innovative work with young people and there is a high degree of autonomy for the right candidate. There are potential professional progression opportunities within the organisation beyond this post.
Part time (sessional) Detached Youth Workers - £11.30 - £12.60 per hour
We are also seeking individuals with energy and good engagement skills to join our expanding team of part time Detached Workers to work in Anerley, Penge, and the Kingswood estate with hard to reach young people.
