Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time

Salary: £16,916 Per Annum

Expiry Date: Sun, 16 Jan 2022

Are you an experienced Early Years Educator or Room Leader, qualified to Level 3?

Can you motivate a team?

Would you like to work with friendly, supportive colleagues where your ideas will be valued and you are treated with respect and kindness?

This is a term-time position based in Bedford, working five days per week.

We are looking to interview quickly, so please don't delay applying!

Benefits:
As well as fulfilling work and lots of support from your manager, we offer a health cash plan, 24/7 GP adviceline, an employee assistance programme, pension and life cover.

Working with toddlers and pre-school children, this role would suit an experienced Early Years Educator looking for their next step up or an existing room leader looking for a new challenge.  You will need to be Level 3 qualified and have bags of enthusiasm and initiative. The ability to build and motivate a team and work with the nursery management to raise standards are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance or develop new skills.

You will be well supported by the Senior Team who will provide you with a safe and secure environment to work in. We offer family friendly policies and a strong commitment to your continued professional development. More importantly, we can offer an opportunity to implement your own ideas and join a group of enthusiastic Early Years professionals in defining and developing a childcare facility in a rapidly growing area of Bedford Borough.

About us
Goldington Community Nursery welcomes children aged 6 months to 5 years and is situated in the heart of the community. The setting is privileged to have access to a large outdoor space and is growing in popularity. Ofsted has recently rated the nursery as ‘good’ and we have exciting plans on how we will achieve ‘Outstanding’ at the next inspection. There is a diverse population accessing the nursery which adds to the challenge and excitement of what we believe in as a Charity: that every child has the right to the best possible start in life regardless of background, culture or religion.

Please note: We may interview suitable candidates before the closing date so please do not delay in sending your application.

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check.
