Youth Voice & Influence Officer
Full time • £22,500 – £28,500 • Home with travel across UK

We are looking for a new Youth Voice and Influence Officer to help us deliver our mission of making services better with young people in London.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate, develop and build on new youth voice programmes across the UK – see page 3 of the job description document for more details.
You will lead and support groups of young people to have their say on issues that affect them. These groups could include:
- Young Champions
- Young Researchers
- Young Journalists
- Young Inspectors
- Specialist Youth Voice Forums including care experiences, mental health and SEND
Please note, this role will require regular evening and occasional weekend working.
The success of this role relies on building excellent: partnerships, communication and bringing the FUN!

Applicants with strong, demonstrable experience of working with young people, a commitment to Participation People’s mission, values and approach, and a solid foundation in project management will thrive in this role.

Start date: Ideally, we’d like the successful applicant in post ASAP.
Term: This post is fixed-term, for 1 year – with possibility of extension, subject to funding.
Offices: Home based with access to Participation People offices in London.
