Our client is a dynamic charity with extensive experience and expertise in attendance, parental engagement and safeguarding for disadvantaged children and families, with proven outcomes and success in increasing attendance and reducing exclusions.

Temporary Family Support Coordinator
Based: Blackpool
Salary £27,500 - £29,500 Pro-Rata, depending on experience
Working: Full Time, 5 days per week (they would consider part time for the right candidate)
Contract: Temporary, 5 days per week from January 2022 until August 2022, with the possibility of being made permanent.

This post will be critical in allowing this organisation to respond to schools growing needs in the Blackpool area.

The post holder will be the organisation’s lead in the area and will further develop expertise across the charity, schools and members to promote positive outcomes for children and their families. The Coordinator will be responsible for 7x Outreach Family Support Practitioners and 3x school based Practitioners.

The successful candidate will have a confident ability to form professional partnerships with schools and other agencies and proven experience of sharing good practice and setting high standards. They will also have experience of managing staff and working effectively to build family resilience and be highly skilled in engaging children and their families.
