YOUTH PROJECT COORDINATOR / PARTICIPATION WORKER – STRONG YOUNG MINDS

22.5 – 30 HOURS PER WEEK – 23K PRO RATA.  Fixed term to May 2024.

We are seeking an experienced children/young people’s professional to work directly with children and young people and to coordinate the activity of the Strong Young Minds team.

Strong Young Minds is an innovative and successful mental health programme which provides early help to young people and young adults aged 10-26 who are worried about their mental health and wellbeing.

The programme provides one to one interventions, advocacy, education and intervention.  It also recruits and trains young people to act as Champions, who develop campaigns and activities to raise awareness and reduce stigma.

 

SENIOR COUNSELLOR (Schools) 30 hours per week.

£28,288 per annum (pro rata)

The CLD Trust is a busy mental health charity delivering therapy and early intervention across Herefordshire.

Established since 1994 the trust has a range of contracts including with a number of schools.  This post involves working directly in school but also holds responsibility for coordinating, developing and monitoring our schools’ provision.

Applicants should be fully qualified counsellors (minimum Level 5 Diploma) with significant experience of children and young people’s counselling.

COUNSELLORS - £23,613 per annum (pro rata)

We are also seeking applications for fully qualified counsellors (minimum Level 5 Diploma) CBT Practitioners for 22.5 – 30 hours counselling per week.
