The Islington Young Peoples Team offers support to vulnerable young people (aged 16-24), with a range of tenancy-related support needs. As part of the team, you will work in partnership with the Local Authority Housing Department, Islington Leaving Care team, The Family Nurse Partnership, Probation Service, Mental Health Services, Drug Treatment Services and other community groups.  All working to support clients to find and maintain suitable accommodation, access services, increase independence and improve their quality of life.
