We are looking for a new Youth Voice and Influence Officer to help us deliver our mission of making services better with young people in Wandsworth and Hounslow.

This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity to coordinate, develop and build on our well-established youth voice programmes across Wandsworth and Hounslow – see page 3 of the job description document for more details.

Please note, this role will require regular evening and occasional weekend working.

The success of this role relies on building excellent working partnerships, clear communication and bringing a LOT of fun to it!

Applicants with strong, demonstrable experience of working with young people, a commitment to Participation People’s mission, values and approach, and a solid foundation in the basics of project and budget management will thrive in this role.

The 'small print'

Start date: Ideally, we’d like the successful applicant in post no later than January 2022.

Term: This post is fixed-term, for 1 year – with possibility of extension, subject to funding.

Office base: Home and Wandsworth Town, London.
