Our 100-year old charity provides renowned therapeutic residential care and family support for children and young people.  We have a unique therapeutic approach, supported by our clinical training and research Institute, accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy. 

We seek to appoint a successor to our current Finance and Corporate Services Director, who is retiring in March 2022 after eleven years in post successfully shaping our financial strategy and leading corporate services.

We seek an exceptional finance professional, who can also lead a wide range of corporate services, maintaining the current level of excellence in all areas.  If you believe that you may have the professional, managerial, intellectual and leadership skills to undertake this role, we would like to hear from you.
