Programme Coordinator

Location: Nottingham (+ some home working)

Salary: £20,700 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time

Closing date: 9am Tuesday 26th October

Thank you for considering a Programme Coordinator role with Redthread. We are a team of compassionate, collaborative and courageous professionals, committed to empowering young people to change their lives.

This role is part of our Youth Violence Intervention Programme (YVIP) working across both the Queens Medical Centre (QMC) and Kings Mill Hospital (KMH), Nottinghamshire. As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in the YVIP team, being responsible for data collection and report writing, providing administrative support, monitoring referrals and being a key point of contact within the hospitals for the programme.

To succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual who is highly organised, a strong communicator, enjoys collecting and reporting on data, and has the ability to form effective working relationships with a wide range of people. You will also need to be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced and exceptionally busy environment inside a hospital.

During the Covid-19 outbreak, our teams are still working from the hospitals as we are classed as essential workers. You will need to do shifts at the hospital, as well as working some days from home, depending on the needs of the team and the service.

In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, a supportive and flexible working environment, excellent staff training and development package and access to a range of employee benefits including enhanced annual leave and family leave entitlements, employer pension scheme contribution, access to clinical supervisions, enhanced employee assistance programme services and more.
