Location:
Head office (London E15) with opportunity for some home working if desired (minimum 3 days in office)
Contract: Full year, permanent
Hours: Full time (37.5hrs per week), Mon-Fri  
Salary: £23,921.26 to £26,960.64 pa according to experience

The holder of this post will work independently to provide effective project fund finance controls and reporting alongside the effective and efficient administration. Essential to this role is the ability to work accurately and confidently with spreadsheets, accounting software (SAGE) and ideally have knowledge of inputting financial data into CRMs (Salesforce). The Finance Assistant will be responsible for purchases and funds controls and will support the Finance Manager with data entry and tracking of Project funds and other ad hoc finance administrative tasks.

The successful candidate must be a confident communicator and have the ability to work independently and accurately.

Main areas of responsibility for this role include:

  • Project fund accounting and reporting
  • Financial and Management Accounts regular tasks
  • Petty Cash, Credit Card and Bank account related tasks
  • Purchase Ledger and Credit Control
