Sound like you? Then we’d LOVE to hear from you.

Participation People believe services work better with young people. We’re looking for a new Programme Manager (Universal Programmes) to help us, help services do that.

Our Universal Programmes provide spaces and opportunities for any young person who chooses to participate. This post will specialise in youth led participatory action research and young inspector programmes.

We expect a GREAT Programme Manager to be a superb communicator, an excellent relationship and network builder as well as a supportive, empathetic colleague.

You’ll be proactive, confident and have a drive for #YouthVoice excellence.

We welcome applicants with strong experience of managing youth programmes with young people. Candidates with a commitment to Participation People’s values and experience of project monitoring and impact reporting will thrive in this role.

In return for your hard work, we offer a generous holiday entitlement, a competitive salary, a highly flexible working arrangement and the opportunity to work in a team of like minded people.

We particularly welcome and encourage applications from applicants from black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds and from those with disabilities, as we have identified that these groups are currently underrepresented in the organisation, particularly in management roles.
