Company Description

Catch22 is a forward-looking social business, a not-for-profit business with a social mission. We have been at the heart of public service delivery for over 200 years, designing and delivering services that transform disadvantaged lives and build stronger communities. We exist to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose. We call these our '3Ps'. Our Young People and Families Hub sits at the heart of Catch22. We deliver a wide range of integrated support services designed to help resolve complex difficulties experienced by young people and their families/carers. Support is provided to people who find themselves in a range of circumstances; they may be missing from home or have emotional, housing or substance misuse issues. We also support families where parents/carers are experiencing domestic abuse, substance misuse, emotional issues, homelessness or unemployment. Whatever the situation, we work alongside young people and their carers to reduce risk and build resilience. We are looking for an Assistant Director to join our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will benefit from joining a well established and experienced team who operate in an environment of high support and constructive challenge. You will share our passion for improving outcomes for children, young people and families but be confident to sharing your own unique expertise and knowledge.
