Chief Inspector, Jersey Care Commission

Up to £96k + Relocation Package

The Jersey Care Commission regulates and inspects health and social care services on Jersey.

Reporting to the Jersey Care Commission, you will be responsible for bringing the strategic leadership, operational expertise and technical skills to deliver the Commission’s statutory, regulatory and inspection functions.

In addition to setting standards and promoting excellence you will be tasked with further enhancing the commission’s credibility for highly competent and confident regulation as the Commission prepares to extend its regulatory remit into new areas.

This role calls for a senior manager with experience of delivering high quality services in a complex environment. Whilst you don’t have to be a qualified health or social care professional, previous experience of working in a health or social care context or in a regulatory environment is desirable.
