We are seeking a highly-motivated, forward-thinking individual to join our team to lead us in developing our marketing, development and evaluation strategies.

This opportunity exists to improve the data collection of the Family Support work within One YMCA. You will be responsible for gathering, synthesising, and analysing both quantitative and qualitative data to support evidence-informed decision-making across the area of Family Support work.
You will also lead on our department's communications and media work ensuring effective, accessible and compelling communications that support our important work and build our profile and reputation with key partners and stakeholders, including service users.
This role will provide you with an opportunity to drive and influence change - both internally and externally - with partners and stakeholders across the Family Support work contract, and beyond.
Salary: The joining salary is £34,685 per annum.
Transport: you must have access to a suitably-insured car for use during working hours. You must be able to travel within Herts.
