Construction Youth Trust is a forward-thinking charity whose mission is to help young people reach their full potential and take their first steps towards a rewarding working life. We prepare young people for the world of work, support them to build their skills and confidence and connect them with opportunities and employers aligned with their abilities and interests. We prioritise young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, under-represented groups and those facing significant barriers.

Due to an increase in demand for our work, we are seeking to expand our committed team. Our interns play a key role within Construction Youth Trust, supporting the charity across many different departments. We currently have a number of potential intern opportunities available and we are interested to hear from individuals who are passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full career potential and seeking to gain valuable experience within the charity sector.

We strongly believe that a diverse and inclusive team is vital to our work. We are especially interested in hearing from individuals who are Black, Asian or from a minority ethnic background and/or those with a lived experience of the young people we support.
