Senior Project / Support Worker - Young People's Services
£27,640 - £30,269 pa (salary dependent on relevant experience)

12 Months Fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover)
37.5 per week
Are you looking to make the next step up in your career, do you have experience of supporting young people in a residential setting? If the answer is yes, this could be the role for you.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your role will require you to lead and motivate the team to deliver a service that empowers our young people, to achieve their aspirations and make positive, sustainable life changes.
You will need to be ready to learn how to supervise and support the team within a strengths and recovery framework. You will also be skilled and have the capacity to develop your management skills with the support of the service manager.
We are looking for someone who is able to:
- Manage the delivery of a service to Young People with a diverse range of needs including offending history, gang affiliation and homelessness
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Motivate and support a team through change, in order to meet local priorities
- Develop and build on our structured opportunities program specifically for Young People
