This dynamic national charity works with vulnerable children and families to maximise educational opportunities and improve life chances. They exist to ensure every child is able to be at school, ready to learn. Whatever it takes. The charity partner with schools and families to look beyond the classroom to understand and tackle the issues affecting children’s ability to be at school, ready to learn. The last eighteen months during the pandemic has highlighted an even greater need for their services. They are never more needed.

Training and Project Coordinator
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Remote working/Head office (London E15 4LJ)
Salary: £31,519 - £34,559 per annum

To help meet the demand for their services, the charity requires a passionate and driven Training and Project Coordinator to provide a comprehensive support function across the organisation’s portfolio of strategic projects and staff training and development programme. It is their ambition to develop their training and development offer for all staff and to further embed diversity and inclusion across the organisation, engage service users in the design and delivery of their work and maximize positive wellbeing for all staff, to help them deliver even more impact nationally.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a project and/or event management environment and coordinating and delivering training in the Education/the Third Sector is essential. The role also requires excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and workloads independently. We would love to see a genuine passion for diversity, inclusion and wellbeing and readiness for a role that provides an opportunity to proactively seek out new and improved ways of working and embed impactful change across the organisation. You’ll need to demonstrate a confident ability to build relationships and share good practice, as well as a commitment to the charity mission: children in school, ready to learn, whatever it takes.
