Safeguarding Support Officer
Location: Central Office, Stratford (with potential travel to other settings/schools)
Contract: Permanent - Five days per week
Salary range: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum - depending on experience

Our client is a dynamic charity with extensive experience and expertise in attendance, parental engagement and safeguarding for disadvantaged children and families, with proven outcomes and success in increasing attendance and reducing exclusions.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop their new Safeguarding Helpdesk Service. The post holder will be the first point of contact on the helpdesk, to offer support and advice with safeguarding concerns from their staff and members. The postholder will also further develop expertise across the charity, schools and members to promote positive outcomes for children and their families.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of safeguarding and a confident ability to form professional partnerships with schools and a proven experience of sharing good practice and setting high standards.
