Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fundraising & Events intern to join the team!
The successful candidate will gain valuable paid work experience with the fundraising team during a busy challenge events period. You can use your creativity, social media skills and drive to engage new and existing supporters and help raise money for Redthread’s projects in London, Nottinghamshire and Birmingham.
This is an internship and we want to support someone into their first role within the charity sector. We are looking for someone who can truly learn from their time with us, so don't worry if you don't have any experience!
We recognise that people from Black and Asian communities and other minoritised ethnic groups are under-represented in the charity sector, particularly in the field of fundraising, as are those with disabilities. We particularly encourage people from under-represented groups to apply for this opportunity.
Salary: £21,157.50 (pro-rata 15 hours, London Living Wage)
Contract: 12-weeks fixed-term contract (2 days per week)
Location: This post will be home-based with the potential for occasional visits to Redthread’s main office in Victoria, London (when appropriate and necessary)

Start date: 2nd August
