Salary: £22,000- £25,000 per annum

The Context

Bolton Lads & Girls Club is a dynamic children and young people’s charity providing universal and targeted service for thousands of children and young people each year. Established in 1889 to provide a safe space for children and young people, fast forward 131 years and whilst much has changed over the years our ethos very much remains the same. We have been growing rapidly over the last 10 years and we have hugely exciting and ambitious plans to continue and accelerate this growth. Our reach spans over 3000 children and young people each year, many of whom experience multiple levels of disadvantage.

The Role

Bolton Lads & Girls Club is a dynamic children and young people’s charity providing universal and targeted service for thousands of children and young people each year. The newly created role of Youth Voice & Participation Lead will ensure that young people are at the heart of everything that we do and that we actively create platforms and opportunities for young people to have their voice heard, their views and opinions listened to and their feedback valued and acted upon.
