Our client are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join their Fostering service as Team Manager. The post will deputise for the Registered Manager (Head of Service) and will lead an established and experienced team of social workers and support staff, to deliver an excellent service for children and carers.
Team Manager - Fostering Service
Hours of work: 37 per week
Office Based: Remote Working and Head office, Whalley Road, Wilpshire
Salary Range: £40,365 - £42,269 per annum
The successful applicant will have experience in the assessment, supervision and support of foster carers and will be able to ensure quality assurance, drive forward innovation in practice and ensure the service positively changes the lives of the children we care for.
