Youth Work Specialist

This is a very exciting time to join our team as a Youth Work Specialist, you will develop our youth work activities and programmes for clients and young people alongside delivering consultancy, training and developmental support.

As a Youth Work Specialist you will develop new programmes and products for the NYA to promote to the youth sector. The post will require significant networking and engagement across the youth sector to ensure the NYA’s work is rooted in the needs of our sector. As the NYA evolves, the Youth Work Specialist will ensure the NYA is at the forefront of developing its products and services to clients and young people.

As the sole national body for youth work in England, our reach and influence stretches across the UK and internationally. We have been transforming lives through youth work for over 50 years and our mission is to transform the lives of young people in England and beyond through the power of youth work.
