As an OFSTED Registered Manager, you will take complete responsibility for the running of the children's home. You will be maintaining and improving on the already high standards in the home in line with the company's expectations.

  • You will provide leadership, support and direction for the well-established care team and champion the Company’s ethos.

The successful applicant will need to be registered with OFSTED as well as holding a wide range of experience as a childcare practitioner having managed teams in a residential setting.  A Level 5 Diploma / DipSW qualifications or equivalent are essential. Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.
