Mediator – Under 16’s

Responsible for: Engaging and providing mediation to families who are experiencing conflict within the family.

Job purpose: To provide a mediation service for 10 to 15 year olds and their families who are experiencing conflict, and support and empower them to find realistic solutions. This will include exploring innovative ways of working to ensure positive outcomes for young people and families.
