Match Foster Care are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Supervising Social Worker to join the team.  You will be based in either of our offices in Droitwich Spa or Stoke on Trent and will be covering areas across the West Midlands, Stoke and Staffordshire, so must be prepared to travel.

You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team of creative professionals who all enjoy working directly with children and providing high quality support to our foster parents.  You will be required to play a lead role in activity days and projects involving our children and young people.

Caseloads for our social workers are capped at 15 children to give our social workers the time to build strong relationships with children and foster parents and complete work to a high standard whilst finding work/life balance.

Experience of child-focused social work is desirable but the right approach is preferable.

Annual leave is 30 days per year with a bonus day for your birthday.

YOU MUST HAVE

• A Social Work Qualification/Registration with HCPC
• Full driving licence and car
