Street League work with young people, progressing them into employment, education and training by engaging them through football, fitness, dance fitness and rugby. We specialise in helping our participants (16-24 years’ olds from disadvantaged areas) progress from our unique sport/fitness and education programmes into sustainable employment, education and training.

We currently operate across the UK in 14 regions, including Greater London, the North East and North West of England, West Midlands, Yorkshire and extensively across Scotland.

We are recruiting for an Aftercare Coordinator. You will be responsible for delivering in-work support for Street League participants across the region’s sports and employability academies following entry into employment. The post holder will support and monitor a caseload of young people for up to 12 months, as well as their employers/colleges to ensure that they achieve a sustained outcome. 

Experience in working with vulnerable young people and building strong relationships with employers and partners is essential. A Community Development/Education qualification and/or IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance) Level 3 is highly desirable.
