Director of Operations - £52,000 per annum

Based at our Bromsgrove office.  We will also consider candidates based at our Epsom office

The Lucy Faithfull Foundation is a national charity whose vision is a world in which children’s right to live free from sexual abuse and exploitation becomes a reality.  For over 25 years we have been at the forefront of innovative services working with adults to keep children safe. 

We are looking to recruit a Director of Operations to work across our two offices, based ideally in Bromsgrove.  The successful candidate will be passionate and committed to our vision and mission, and will play a key role in developing the charity and planning for the future strategic direction of the Foundation.  As an influential member of the senior executive team you will be instrumental in maintaining the quality of the operational delivery of our client services ensuring they meet key performance indicators and are delivered within budget.  You will be responsible for the line management of senior front line staff.

Applicants must therefore have a recognised relevant qualification and a comprehensive knowledge of child protection procedures and child sexual abuse.  Experience of working with offenders against children would be highly valued.

This is a full time position based on 37.5 hours per week at our Bromsgrove office.  We will also consider candidates who prefer to work from Epsom.  Travel between the two sites is essential so as to provide support to our friendly and hardworking team.
