Job description
As the Community Development Officer for RAFC Cranwell you will be responsible to OC Support Wing for the development of Community Support provision, services and facilities for the Service Community (serving personnel, families, children and young people) and the day to day delivery of our Airplay Youth Support Programme. As part of these duties you will liaise with external agencies and organisations to engage support for and understanding the needs of the Service Community.

Desirable, previous experience of Youth and Community work.
Qualifications
Degree or professional Qualification recognised by the National Youth Agency for Youth and Community Work plus previous experience at managerial level.
