We are currently recruiting for a social worker within our Family Solutions service– the successful candidate will be working as part of the Early Help offer and have excellent assessment, report writing and partnership skills that enable agencies to meet unmet need and prevent risks escalating.

Hours:  37 per week

Salary:   

Level A - Grade 8  (£27,630 to £30,206)

Level B - Grade 10 (£34,444 to £37,475)

Based within the Intervention & Prevention Team at Stourbridge Family Centre, this key role involves work involving statutory assessments of parenting capacity. Providing high standards of analysis and report writing. The role involves complex decision making and direct work with children to ensure comprehensive and coherent assessments.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate post qualification experience in child protection work and children in need.
