As an Early Years Quality and Sufficiency Coordinator you will provide day-to-day operational management of the quality and sufficiency team; ensuring that sufficiency and quality across the city meets the statutory requirements set out by Department for Education and Ofsted, along with locally agreed protocols. In addition you will line-manage the Early Years Quality and Sufficiency Officers to ensure processes are robust and that audit and assurance of the service is complaint with local authority requirements.

As well as holding a recognised professional qualification at level 6 or above you will have proven successful experience in leadership and management of projects to enable you to prepare practical action plans, organising and implementing action plans and then coordinating responses and ensuring project is completed on time.  You will also have experience of working across a range of disciplines and services including early years and childcare, inclusion, social care, health?
