A full time post is being advertised for an Intensive Family Support Worker, based in the Child and Adolescent Support Team (CART).

The Child and Adolescent Response Team (CART) was formed in February 2017 and works with young people aged 9-17 years who are on the cusp of coming into the care of the Local Authority or who have been in care and there is a reunification plan for them to return home. The team deliver a whole family approach with the aim of preventing a young person becoming looked after and stabilising them within the family home.

This is an opportunity to join an enthusiastic team of people who are passionate about keeping young people safe within their family home.
