Lay Families’ Worker at Shrivenham Station, Watchfield, Oxfordshire
This is a fixed term post for 2 years, with the possibility of extension subject to availability of funding

Do you have a heart to set up new projects serving these families?
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference.
We are seeking a lay Families’ Worker to work alongside the Chaplaincy to help chaplains extend their pastoral care to Armed Forces’ families. You will be responsible for delivering family events and out of school Christian activities for children and young people, as well as working with local churches, schools and other agencies engaged with the families. This is a diverse, rapidly changing community which will give you many opportunities to develop your skills in family work.
It is an occupational requirement that the postholder is a committed Christian.
