We are a relatively large evangelical church in North London, linked with New Wine. We are currently at an exciting chapter with a fresh vision, and are growing our staff team for the new adventure ahead. We are looking for a committed Christian, filled with the Holy Spirit, who loves the Bible and has a big heart for (and experience in) growing young people into wholehearted disciples of Jesus.                                                                          

Are you:

• Passionate about seeing teens (11-18yrs), both inside and outside the church, connect with Jesus & become disciples?
• Energetic, hard-working & able to relate well and build rapport with all ages?
• Up for the challenge of finding fresh and creative ways to connect with not-yet-Christians?
• Someone who could work with a Vicar who’s a Pompey fan?

This full-time role will commence from Sept 2019.

Salary: £24-26k (dependent on training & experience) plus pension provision – subject to Enhanced DBS.

It is an occupational requirement that the post holder is an evangelical Christian under part 1 of schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
