Connexions Dudley are seeking to appoint a Connexions Personal Adviser. We are looking for an experienced practitioner with a proven track record in delivering  specialist and effective Careers Information, Advice and Guidance to Children Looked After and Care Leavers to support and promote post 16 transition.

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Saltwells EDC, Bowling Green Road, Netherton, Dudley

The candidate will also be able to identify the needs, abilities and barriers affecting young people. The Personal Adviser will support young people to overcome their issues through appropriate referral and signposting.

Candidates will be expected to have a professional qualification in work with young people to NVQ Level 4 (to include professional qualification in youth work, careers guidance, social work or teaching).
